Went for a full set a few weeks ago. After my nails were done, I was super happy with my nails. There could have been a few changes, but overall, I was happy. Came back two weeks later to get a fill. She asked if I wanted shorter, and I said a bit. She pretty much cut off most of the nail. When I first got them on, I got them longer as that was the way I was wanting them. One of the nails was cut off, and the fake nail was gone entirely. I made a comment that it was too short, and that a nail was now gone. I was told that if I wanted it to be close to the same length, I would need to get a new set every time. I have gotten nails quite a few times over the years, and never have I been told that I would need to get a new set every time. Kind of defeats the purpose of a fill, doesn’t it? I could never understand the few times I’ve gone why there was never anyone there, but now I get it. Will be trying out somewhere else next time.

I would agree with Cheryl Z, if Oscar still worked/owned the little salon, but sadly they have moved on. The new owners don’t seem to have a clue. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon for my appointment and the place was completely empty. I was shown to my seat for my pedicure and the massage chair was started for me. Not a bad start. Then, the other woman began to do my shellac manicure while I sat in the massage chair. No need to rush, they weren’t busy at all. But yet, my nails had to be done that way apparently. This resulted in my massage chair being turned off so she could paint my nails and then I had to balance the LED light box on my lap while trying in vain to enjoy the pedicure. Once my manicure was done I was able to get back to enjoying my pedicure. My nails(French shellac) look pretty good. The pedicure, from what I could enjoy with all the bustle about my nails, was good, but then the girl who did my nails painted my toes(regular polish) … My 6 year old niece could do a better job. And she actually thought it was acceptable(see photo of big toe, purple polish) and sent me out the door like that. It looked so bad I went home and redid it myself. Basically paid for nothing. Very disappointed and now I know why the place was empty. I won’t be going back.

This place is now under new management. I was told to go to Oscar but he is no longer there, however I saw Hang instead and she did a beautiful shellac job. Two weeks later and my nails still look good — will definitely go back. Reasonably priced.
