I’ve used them twice and both times they’ve been brilliant. On time, did the job right, friendly, easy, smooth process from beginning to end. Plus weren’t any more expensive than any of the garage’s I contacted and saved me an expensive tow charge. Can’t recommend them enough. Will continue to use them in the future whenever needed.

Used Wrench Patrol to conduct a vehicle inspection for a used vehicle we were looking to purchase.
Our service from the initial contact through email and phone call was fantastic; informative, helpful, and friendly.
The service itself was smooth and came with a very helpful inspection report and repair estimate. These reports were very detailed, including pictures, and offered very useful recommendations. In the end, this helped us feel very comfortable making the decision to purchase this vehicle, and we were so thankful for a very easy process with Wrench Patrol.
The mobile vehicle inspection service is absolutely wonderful — so easy and very thorough.

WrenchPatrol were amazing to deal with. We have just moved to Vancouver from overseas. We needed a pre-​purchase inspection on a vehicle we were looking at buying. I spoke to Jessica in the office a few times and she was always friendly, informative and followed through on everything. We had Vince attend to inspect the car and he was absolutely awesome. He made a difficult situation (created by the seller) a lot easier. Being two females new to the country, we were quite overwhelmed but Vince went out of his way to ensure we were informed about the condition of the car. He provided interesting conversation throughout and even gave us tips on how to do simple checks to ensure the car runs smoothly. Could not recommend these guys more.

Wrench Patrol did a great job fixing the brakes on my car. Their price was reasonable and the quality excellent.
Best of all, Wrench Patrol mechanics came and serviced my car when I was out of town away on business. They found my car in my driveway and took care of it efficiently. They even gave me a quote on some other issues my car had.

Wrench Patrol was easy to book and came all the way out to UBC to do a pre-​purchase inspection for me. The mechanic was a little late but its understandable given the maze that is UBC. He apologized and was very kind. The inspection was detailed and thorough. Caught a lot of problems with the car I would not have been able to and saved me from over paying. Definitely worth the price. The post inspection service was great. Very friendly and accomadating. I would use them again for this type of service
