Had day time running lights installed in my BMW and lights burned out 2x in 6 months…2nd time was replaced under 1 year warranty.
Guys are OK there, but obviously there are quality issues with their parts.
My warranty is still valid, but frankly I rather simply go to another place and pay again and not run these problems and headaches.

I am so, so glad I came to RPM.
I initially shopped for quotes at Visions and SoundsGood, and was told a simple, although custom– install job would cost upwards of $ 200. I called RPM, and was quoted HALF of what other installers wanted.
Not only that, the job came in UNDER the initial quote and I wasn’t overcharged. AND, they fit me in for the install minutes after I dropped in, between the appointments they already had. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. This was the best install experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely come back to RPM, they’ve earned my highest recommendation.

Scheduled for 2 hours and they finished in 1.5 hours.
I had my dash cams set up by the crew in this shop and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, it was a tad cold in the office, but you don’t have to stay to wait for the installation to finish.
The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the installation and other upgrades without any sales pressure. They were also very friendly.
I highly recommend RPM electronics and I’m recommending others to get there dash cams installed by RPM electronics.
