From a male perspective, I see them running to get each person who is trying on shoes, at least 4 pairs, they are pretty resourceful.
If they don’t have the type of shoe your looking for, they will search the database, advise of the delivery they can do for you, which I’ve heard tons of times! I was quite surprised at the knowledge of the product ot the staff here, based on a certain shoe that my partner was eyeing in December, and they knew which one, even though they didn’t have it, they were able to track it down. This one always seems to have the right size too for my partner, so I can’t complain. The store is bigger than their other locations, which means more selection.
