It is rare these days to get a pushy sales, just find it laughable regarding their knowledge. She says no one, even Samsonite, won’t cover wheels damage and defects. So asked her about Rimowa, and she got that look when a cat just ate a bird. Anyways it is a fine store if you do not expect top end service or product. Swiss Gear is their other big name. But they do sell a host of accessories ie suitcase locks, neck pillows, even umbrellas.

OK. My eyes might be deceiving me but I’m sure the Brentwood location has better selection in the same sized space. It’s weird. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for and the prices were just OK, which meant that I didn’t feel like paying too much for an item that wasn’t what I needed. Service was ok. Not too pushy, not too distant.

I was in the need of a back pack, something cheap to carry to and from work. I looked at the other luggage stores in Metrotown and although I believe in you get what you pay for, I wasn’t looking at the moment to spend $ 70+ on a back pack just yet, at least not until a few pay cheques roll in. This was the only store in the mall that had backpacks in different price ranges, something to just tie me over until the end of the month during my walk to and from work. They had a 2 for 1 sale, therefore, bought two decent back packs for $ 10. These aren’t high quality. I will expect these to break down by the end of the month. But I did pay for what I get. The lady at the til was pleasant and helpful.
