I’ve been here at least 4 times in my life for the road testing(actual computer test), to renew my license the first time, replace id and today to renew. Most of the times were smooth. The place is small and can get busy quickly, however, since it was a renewal I was out in 30 minutes not including the wait time. Most of the agents are bitchy but that is government workers for you, or close to government workers. I had a really awesome guy named Erick who I was joking with and shooting the shit with while he was looking into a transit ticket discrepancy that showed up on my file that cock blocked me from getting my renewal. Erick tried to make a call to management to look into the situation, however, management saw the same thing I did. I know this tactic having worked in customer service for most of my admin career. The«I will get a manager to look into this even though he will say the same thing as I.» I appreciated that Erick did this to make me happy. It was a re-assurance that we were breed from the same customer service school. I have done this a million times with customers before. In all fairness, he was trying to look into a ticket issue for me that I have been battling for years(separate Unilocal review on this). My battle over this ticket continues, however, I had to pay ’cause regardless I was walking out with a renewal. I also believe in Karma, therefore, the officer who issued to me will get it 3 folds(Karama baby). The door bell ring to signify that you’re number has been called drove me in same after 10 minutes. It literally sounds like a door bell. I would lose my mind working 40 hours a day with the door bell constantly going off, this explains why half the people there were bitchy. I would be to if I had to hear this all day. Kudos to them seriously.
