Chronic Tacos has always been one of my favorite fast food places when it comes to burritos, tacos, and similar ‘mexican’ cuisine. Living in east van it’s always been a stretch going to the location on Broadway but when the burrito bug bites… you’ll be willing to go the distance. Needless to say, once the Metrotown location popped up, my burrito consumption increased tenfold. Quality and flavor is pretty much the same as you would expect from any other locations so don’t let expect less just because its at a food court. Food is fresh, prepared quickly, and tastes great. Most of all, the quality is reliable so I know I’m going to get what I want. Service isn’t really a stand out, you have the good and you have the satisfactory. I’ve never had a problem here. It’s nearest competitor is probably Chipotle who opened another branch at Metrotown at about the same time. If you ask me though… Chronic Tacos takes the win.

The Good Fresh, fast, and good quality The Bad More expensive end for a food court I really like the chronic taco’s real corn tortillas, I don’t think the pricing is a problem at all, I want fresh food and really a tenner isn’t much of a stretch for anywhere in this food court. I’m glad they’re finally open! Seemed like renovations took forever :)

Absolutely horrible tasting burrito I have ever had. Sure, the quantity is big but it has definitely lack quality. For a $ 10 burrito, it sure didn’t taste like it. I would have rather pick up a $ 10 burrito at Chipotle at Metrotown sky train station.
