I am a loyal Tim Hortons customer, I’ve been to many many locations throughout a couple provinces and I must say this is the location with the worst:
1. Wait time
— workers rather talk and stand around than help the growing line up
2. Rude staff
— I do not get a friendly greeting from any worker expect for one woman. Sue is the only warm welcoming worker there and she is the only reason I go back to this location.
3. I never get what I order.
— I am a diabetic and I CANNOT have regular sugar, I order a large steeped tea with 2 milk and sweetener. Why do I always get regular white sugar???
Tim Hortons West Dr is a location I recommend avoiding if you can.
