We had a great cashier and barista. Made the drink we asked for with great care. Was delicious.

A lot of people say starbucks is overpriced but that’s because they just don’t understand. You are paying for more then a drink. Starbucks by far had the best customer service in comparison to other coffee shops, best selection, best quality and best merchandise. I look at Starbucks the same way I look at lulu lemon. Yes 100 dollars for yoga pants but they greet you by name, hem them on the spot and will take them back if there is something wrong with them past 30 days. You are paying for the whole package. I am doing a 30 day vegan challenge so I’ve been drinking double espresso for the sake of convenience and not having to do research. I told the cashier *sorry I forgot your name but he’s the ginger with great hair*. He went through the bottle and recommended I do a toffee nut soy latte. I added a pump of vanilla because vanilla makes everything better and it was perfect. I can now get my starbucks fix in the mornings:) I went to to Tim hortons and asked them about their vegan options and the cashier told me to get the sprinkle doughnut. Yes that was my reaction too! I opted for the mint tea.(You can follow my journey via ig @britanysbites)

I always come to this Starbucks location anytime im in the area whether its after shopping at Bramalea Mall or after a workout! The service is consistent: friendly and efficient baristas and they always make my drink right. There is plenty of seating in the store and you can even come here if you ever want to do work because theres free wifi. Theres also a patio that can be used during the warmer months. This location can be a bit cleaner(i.e. clean tables and chairs) but I guess it’s hard to maintain since it’s busy all the time. Another disadvantage about this location is that there are many other food businesses around so parking is usually hard to find.

This location has everything you need. Parking right in front, comfortable chairs, free wifi, and all the luxury items you could ask for from your local starbucks. It is convieniently located near Popeyes Chicken so if you are craving some deep fried goodness after your latte you can indulge in some awesome greasy dirty bird afterwards. The staff here are friendly, quick, and everything you expect from the well trained top notch Barristas. Perfect location to come and chill out after a shopping spree at the mall or tough workout at the gym.

The guy working here this morning is one of the slowest customer service representatives I’ve seen. All I wanted was a cookie. After waiting 5 minutes and watching him flail away at the order for the lady at the front of the 5 person long line while serving no one else I gave up and left. I’d recommend going to one of the many nearby Tim Hortons unless you have nothing better to do with your time.

It really smells weird in this starbucks. Almost chemically/moldy. Very strange. Other then that it’s nothing special. No one goes above and beyond.

As I was ordering my drink, an employee exited the washroom with cleaning supplies in her arms. She was fairly short. I went to the side to wait for my drink to be prepared and the same washroom attendent put the supplies down, didn’t wash her hands, turned to the back counter and climber up on it. She put her dirty shoes that were just recently in the washroom up on the counter top where all our drinks were prepared so that she could reach coffee supplies. I called her out and said it was extremely unsanitary. The other empoyees ensured me that it was«okay» and that«she does it all the time». I threw my drink in the garbage because I was so DISGUSTED. I filed a complaint to the head office and they emailed me nothing but a typical automated apology email. I will never go to this location ever again! Also there is one just on the inside of the Target behind this horrible starbucks, with much more pleasent staff. I would recommend to never go to this location because«she does it all the time».

It’s tucked away around a corner and parking is messy. The parking lot doesn’t seem to have enough spots for the businesses it services. Otherwise, this starbucks is ok. The staff were nice enough and my drink was made in a timely manner. Outdoor seating was set up. And at high noon, there were several tables available in the shade.

This Starbucks is great! The staff is so friendly and they get to know their customers. I got tired of waiting in drive through lines for mediocre coffee and decided to start going here. The specialty drinks are delicious but pricey. But the coffee is not that much more than Tims. I like the True North blend because it is a milder blend. My fave specialty drink is the Vanilla bean frapp. I add matcha powder and its awesome. Get the app too and you can earn stats for free drinks. Their are also levels with the app. Each level offers different perks too.

This location is very close to my building so I come here very often. I like to try something new every time I go, especially the cold drinks. But I don’t understand why it’s so expensive.

It’s your standard Starbucks, but even the cashier said my name«insert your card when you are ready Bernie» whereas in most Starbucks, only the barista says your name. So they get bonus points for that. Also, they seem fairly big but not a lot of outlets. And parking is a biatch. But they said my name, TWICE! I feel special. So 4 stars for being super friendly.

The place is ok to get a quick coffee. The place is quite small and there are not enough plug ins if its slightly busy. The servers are hit and miss, they are quite friendly but some of them miss out the instruction on the drinks such as no foam and stuff.

This Starbucks is fab. The staff is extremely attentive and customer oriented. They are extremely friendly and to date(knock on wood) I have not had any problems with my drinks. We were served by Adrian(I think that’s his name, guy with dreads) and a blonde guy and they were so nice and polite. When I wanted to reload my gold card and he rung my order through with the cash I wanted to refill it with, he quickly corrected his mistake and split up my order to give me two stars for my transaction instead of one. These little details made for a good experience for me. I definitely like the staff here and will return. It’s a nice little jaunt from the mall. There isn’t a tonne of parking here.

Service is great… a few of my drinks turned up as if they were watered down though, but the staff was kind enough to make it again. Aside from that, my only problem’s the lack of seating since this place can get a bit cramped… if you’re looking to chill avoid this on busy evenings.

This starbucks was somewhat dirty inside. I could not believe it! There were newspapers and dirt on the floor! Come on, clean up people! The wi-fi was pretty slow too. The food and the Mocha made up for it though.

It never fails! I always get great service from the wonderful and friendly staff that works here! Even if they don’t understand a drink they always ask without being snarky like some other locations I go to. Starbucks should only hire people like the ones who work here. Even when it gets busy and they are short staffed, the barrista doesn’t act flustered or in a bad mood if you tell them how your drink should be made. LOVETHEM!
