Toys R Us

Well we got to the store about 20 minutes before closing and the ladies that were working in the babies r us section were friendly and assisted us when we asked questions.
The store was clean and organized as it probably would be as they were closing soon so the employees were organizing the merchandise.
I found the cashier was a bit unfriendly but I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was tired and ready to go home. However, you should still be greeting your customers until the very end. My friend couldn’t decide if she wanted an item as it was pricey and instead of asking kindly, are you still interested in buying it… the cashier could see my friend was still contemplating and she rudely asked, debit or credit? Really? Don’t get me started with that.
Anyway, I would have given them 2 stars due to the cashier, but again, I’m going to assume she was there for 8 hrs and wanted to go home lol. The other employees in the baby section gave it an extra star as well as the clean/​organized store. BUT you should still give good customer service from beginning to end… just saying.

I promised myself I would never return to this store due to very bad service but found myself going there to get my daughter a specific doll she wanted.
I came here early one Sunday morning just before opening at 8 AM since the website advised this was the holiday hours for this store. After waiting outside for a while in the cold watching the employees watching us we saw a hand written note advising they open at 10 AM. Needless to say we were pretty upset about it. We left and got what we needed at a different store. If you are reading this I recommend driving the extra bit and going to a different store outside Brampton.
Generally with Toys R Us locations as long as you don’t need to get a hold of anyone on the phone, are willing to serve yourself, and don’t care about service then this is the chain for you.
