So I went to this salon because it was recommended to me by a friend. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before I was actually served. I when I arrived they asked me what I wanted so I told them shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. The lady told me to pick out my colours so I did. When it was time to get my manicure they told me that I had to re-pick my colours because the colours I picked were not shellac. Fine so I picked them and they got started. They did do a good job on my hands. On to the pedicure, one of the guys did my pedicure, he asked me if I wanted the sea salt scrub so I said yes, then he said $ 5 more, so I said no thank you. Once he was done and my nails were drying I saw that he missed a few spots on the bottom of my heel. I told him and he kept saying that it was just the way my heel was, which i knew wasn’t true he just didn’t wanna fix it. Now comes paying. On the phone I was told $ 45. They told me I owed them $ 55. I asked them how come, they said because $ 5 for a design on my nails even though they didn’t tell me that at the time and I don’t know what they other $ 5 was for. Regardless I was not happy. Overall I might recommend this place to someone. I will see how long the shellac lasts first. I will definitely recommend this place. Shellac lasted a long time

I’ve been to Top Nails in Ajax twice, and will be going back for sure! I’ve had shellac nails done here twice and they do last the full two weeks(or more if you let it go, I’m sure!) and the employees are friendly and helpful. The shellac nails are only $ 30(plus a tip), which is a great deal I think… the usual salon I used to go to which is across the street in Harwood Plaza charges $ 45 for shellac, and they’re always too busy for walk-ins. Top Nails is a great salon with nice staff, and they do a great job on my nails! Thank you! :) Easy parking and access off of Bayly, just west of Harwood Ave.
