Baby Cakes make incredible cakes, especially if you like a dense sponge which I do. They’re not cheap, but very delicious. They sell cupcakes and coffee from the bakery, but mostly all the magic happens out back, as most of their business is special occasion cakes. They’re located near my house, so I jumped on their website when my partner’s birthday was approaching and saw they had a special on a classic chocolate mud cake. You have to pre-order. The cake was delicious, I got«Happy Birthday’ added(for a couple of extra dollars from memory). I went back to Baby Cakes for my birthday cake, but though all the samples of cakes I tried were truly scrumptious, the prices for a cake for 50+ people was waaaaay to expensive, so I ended baking my own. I probably wouldn’t head back for a large cake again unless they were on special, as they’re a bit out of my price range. I might head down for a cupcake or smaller cake though.

Not being a baker myself you really have to admire cakes like these not only because they are delicious but they are artworks too. This cake outlet not only does cakes for babies, but people of all ages and cakes for all occasions. They also make cup cakes, macarons, gluten free delights, tarts and meringues. The photos that they have of their works are nothing short of spectacular there are some small cakes and treats for $ 20 but these pretty morsels don’t come cheap, regardless I still left the store wanting to order something. If you are having a wedding or a party and need a cake come in for a consultation they say that they have cakes for all budgets, you will die when you see these cakes they really are talented people. Baby cakes also has cake baking and decorating classes for people wanting to learn a few tips.
