Hey Kisuke, I’M WATCHINGYOU. No literally I can see you from my balcony, I live right across the street. I must look at you ten times a day. Have you noticed? Do you look at me too? This could be something beautiful. Or end with a restraining order. Last night I was finally inside you. It was wet and lonely. I don’t know where everybody else was, maybe curled up on their couches watching MKR or what passes for TV these days. But you took me in, even when you learned I was just stopping in for a booty call. You gave me the plastic bag filled with your goodness and I scuttled home and spread it out on the coffee table. The seaweed salad was a triumph, I don’t mind telling you. Crisp cabbage, sesame weed, bright, salty roe. It all just worked. The charred tuna and tempura scallop sushi rolls were a delight, and the eggplant with miso sauce was a surprise, a real surprise. I love that you can keep me on my toes after all this time, even if I did go for the miso soup as well, the missionary position of menu items. But it’s so good I don’t even care, just put it in and around my mouth. Perhaps we’ll try something new next time, maybe some of that spicy tuna action I saw you’ve got going on. Until then, all my love. Benjamin.

Awesome food! Traditional style Japanese food. Great sashimi, Crispy whitebait and grilled scallops! Subtle and revitalising food!

Authentic Japanese restaurant fully run by Japanese staff and chefs just off the main road. The wagyu steak is amazing and you get to cook it on a stone! Whilst the sushi was just average, the sashimi was quite good. A bit pricier than your ordinary Japanese restaurant but I think it’s worth it.
