Had the Shanghai chicken for $ 9. Only 28 serves made per day. Come early or you miss out. Skin was crispy. Other cooked to order noodles around $ 10. Very busy at lunch. Fried kway tow was hot and filling.

I can only really review the Kway Teow as it is the only thing I ever eat from here. I would say that Foo Lok do the best Kway Teow in Perth for under $ 10. Even at $ 15, the Kway Teow would be amazing.
