Just awful. Very disorganized and not very nice. We had water damage due to heavy rain, water entered through a closed door due to a faulty seal which we had reported previously. It damaged some of our property, they refused to compensate us for damages even though the RTA said they are responsible. Typical real estate agent. Super efficient when it comes to processing money from your account, but don’t take any responsibility for their issues. Also they do not know how to send out the correct registration form for body corporate to approve a cat. I asked three times and still didn’t get the form for the correct building.
Hopeless.
