I’ve been going here for years and I love the small community feel about it. It’s not a place for posers or beefcakes and everyone is friendly and respectful. The owner Jody loves her job and it shows. She’s so much more than a personal trainer — a friend, a motivator and sometimes even a therapist! She really cares about her clients.
