Nandos always does their chicken well, and you don’t have the greasy bevy feeling like you so with say a KFC. Service is a little slow at the lunch peak times but that’s to be expected being in world square. The chips I feel are a bit flavourless but their chicken is great and they and they do a really good coleslaw. If you have a hankering for chicken. Nandos is easily a good option in World Square

Living across the road to World Square means that Nandos is my choice fast food outlet. It sounds a little better if you say you’re eating Nandos over Hungry Jacks, Maccas or KFC right? And rightly so, Nandos is by no means a poor man’s fast food joint ! But it’s not the price sticker that makes Nandos different, you could almost say you’re having a healthy meal — I guess if you don’t order their awesome chips with Peri Peri seasoning? ¼ chicken + garden salad anyone? I often get take out from this Nandos outlet and my chook is always fresh and lathered in my favourite HOT Peri Peri sauce. The chips are basically fried to order and you have to get it with the Peri Peri seasoning, a mixture of paprika and other spices. Place your order, go to Coles and pick up groceries and come back and your meal will be ready to pickup and you have a decent meal if you’re time poor and can’t afford the time to dine out.

Just my opinion I know, but Nandos leaves KFC for dead. The flavour of the flame-grilled chicken is outstanding. This store is located in the lower ground level of World Square near Coles Supermarket. Your standard Nandos menu, but all your favourites are here. Lots of seating and easy for singles to find a seat as they have long benches with stools so sharing isn’t an issue. Friendly staff the day I went too.
