Great location and friendly staff. We had Chai Latte and loved it. Also try their waffle, they taste awesome.

If you blindfolded me and walked me into this place, I’d think you took me into my best friend’s flat — he lives in an old terrace that is furnished with the same schtuff as Organism — a marble dining table, cushioned vintage chairs inside and out, other vintage items, a bookshelf, retro lamps, a chalkboard, and a fireplace, the only difference being, aside from the fact that he doesn’t have a cash register nor full-time staff, is that his fireplace is useable. I was surprised that Organism was furnished in this way because many of the terrace houses that have been converted to restaurants or café’s are lined with tables and chairs in the same methodical manner that any café or restaurant would be, meaning they don’t tend to be as welcoming. Organism, on the other hand, brings a very welcoming and homely vibe to Darlinghurst, something it needs more of!

Run by Japanese, the café has cool vibes and amazing looking dessert. I went for lunch with my co workers and we had to wait half an hour for our soup. When it came it was pretty small. What we thought was a cheap lunch at $ 8 and $ 10 per bowl turned out pretty expensive considering the amount of food we got. The quality was great, but I don’t recommend going here if you’re pressed for time and are hungry. I’d come back for their coffee and cakes. Or maybe brunch on the weekend. We’ll see. The jury is out

I enjoyed my hot chocolate here, but I was very disappointed in the Pu-Erh tea. With a serving of less than .5 grams, this was completely wrong with every style of brewing for this tea. Menu is a little pricey, but is with traditional Sydney style eclectic choices. The setting is small and intimate, that probably struggles to hold more than 12 people at a time.

I have came across this sweet place while looking for a Pub, then I decided to come here for coffee soon and was a great discovering. One of the best coffee experiences in Sydney amd on of my fav café places in the whole world. Great to work, read, relax, chill, kill time… it has it all in just a few square meters. The Korean owners are sweet and caring and I almost repeat the experience every day while I am in Sydney. Soon this place will be well known and among the most recomendable places in all NSW.
