A tasty noodle box take out. I had medium spicy noodle mix. It wasn’t very hot so I may try hot next time and not be a chicken. I got rice noodles with pork chicken and veggies. When I got the takeaway box I thought I got ripped off but damn is that box deceiving. It satisfied my hunger needs. The noodles were flavoured with soy. It was tasty but didn’t find it amazing. I need to try the fried kuey teow next.

Big portion!!! Can’t finished whole box always, the price was cheap and portion size was big. Their Phad Thai was awesome!!! Spicy Hot Box was delicious as well. It was so many choices that I want to try. This time I have the Cantonese egg sauce Hofun, so damn yum!!! I start to think what am I going to have next time, it was my favourite little noodle place!!! Highly recommend!

Takeout bomb diggity bomb. Fresh noodles, fresh veggies… what more can you ask for when ordering takeout? I suggest the pad thai with chicken and their dumplings are pretty darn good as well. Freshia is also super fast. If you want some dinner in 10 minutes, done!

Subiaco’s best kept secret! A small takeaway noodle store serving a good variety of freshly cooked noodles and rice dishes. They have also branched out selling some Japanese dishes and fish and chips. My favourite dishes are the Pad Thai and the Char Kway Teow. There are a small number of seats outside but I always order takeaway. The dishes are cheap from as little as $ 12.00 and the servings are large, enough for two meals. Freshia is open on almost every public holiday when everywhere else in Perth is closed. Located next door to Brew-Ha coffee, park in the Crossways/Coles Carpark.

Oodles of noodles to choose from here, full of natural slurpy and tasty ingredients. Althuogh noodles by nature are quite normal and easy, the meat that they put in their mixes are very surprising and very fresh, unlike some of the frozen chicken and prawn dishes I have had elsewhere. There fried noodles are just as good as their noodle soups. I may have to wait until the temperature drops below 40 outside to come back here but I look forward to it when it does. Sllllllllllllllurrrrrrrrrrp.

My sister got me into Freshia. One day she came home from school with a green take away box that smelt amazingly delicious. She then proceeded to open it, pour it all out into a bowl, and eat it all up in front of me. I was so traumatised that the next time I went to the supermarket nearby, I stopped into Freshia after ensuring I was sufficiently hungry. I ordered a vegetarian mee goreng and it was divine. It does take a while, and there was a number of people also waiting for their meal but it was well worth the wait. Looks like I’ll be carefully watching what my sister eats next in order to discover my new food obsession.

Freshia is a damn tasty noodle bar! The dishes are tasty, and above all, they claim to use 70% less oil than other Asian cuisine, they only use vegetable oil, and they don’t use any MSG. And as the name would suggest, all their ingredients are 100% fresh. I can’t say enough good things about Freshia — they have a great range of pan-Asian dishes. They are generous with the meat and veggies, you don’t have to poke through layers of rice or noodle to find a prawn or two lying at the bottom. Their sauces are tasty — filled with oriental spices. A quarter of their menu is vegetarian, so it’s a great place for veggies to get take out — they don’t feel love like that in most places, usually just a veggie burger thrown in as an after thought! Being the spice loving freak that I am, I ordered the Seafood Mee Goreng last time I was here. Needless to say it was delicious — a generous host of mixed seafood and fresh veggies mixed with spicy sauce and thick egg noodles. The sauce could have been a bit spicier, but I just added some chilli flakes at home and I was right as rain! There can be a bit of a wait for the food, but they give you an electronic beeper, so you can have a nice cup of tea in Brew-Ha next door while you wait.
