Hope you love your Phở(soup), because this is what they specialise in and that’s all they serve! Open from 8:30 for«breakfast» AKA Phở until 8:00pm, there is usually a line out the front for dinner but, they fly you in and out so that wait is not that long. Their menu consist of 11 items of beef and/or chicken with. .. . and all are served within 5 minutes of ordering.(Time it) They don’t serve alcohol and there’s no BYO but, that’s ok. The Phở is worth it and extremely cheap at $ 9 small(light eaters), $ 10 medium(moderate to heavy eaters) and $ 11 large sizes(for two). Give it a go. I will — again!

Best phở place in springvale and probably one of the best in melbourne. This restaurant gets very busy all day and is quiet small but it if you need or want comfort food this place is it. Price is cheap for what it is. Best hangover food ever!

A tiny place, not the best for a big group, but they definitely serve up a good bowl of phở! Service is quick and people are in and out fast so the wait went pretty quickly(5 – 10 min), I came with a group of about 12 and we ended up getting split into about 3 tables. The menu on the walls is not in English, but I got a «small» bowl of the beef brisket phở. The amall bowl is actually pretty filling, I can’t imagine what the large is like. Tender beef and plenty of rice noodles swimming in a bowl of the best phở broth I have ever had. Very savory, flavorful, and tasty, I can see how people eat this stuff so quickly. It’s served with basil and bean sprouts and can be flavored further with chili sauce or chili oil or one of the other condiments they have on the table. They also serve it with a thermos of hot tea which was good for washing it down. By the time we finished eating there was a larger crowd waiting by the door, staring at us while we ate… You may be asked to share a table as it gets packed. Definitely a great place to stop by for a quick and delicious bowl of phở!

Absolutely love this place. Always order the same — Phó Tai Nam — beef & brisket. If you’re after a quick & filling meal, if you can find a car park nearby, this is the place… especially on a cold day. Good price, and great buzz.

I had to wait around 10 – 15 minutes this evening to get the table here on my first visit. My partner can’t wait to go away since he’s not having any food. However, I thought it should worth the wait since it seemed like the busiest restaurant in the area and people seemed enjoying their food. It turned out that I was right. I ordered a small beef special phở which was utterly delicious! Top up with a nice sweet dessert of 3 flavors beans drink. It even turned my partner’s irritated face into a smiling one.

Echoing the other reviewers for Phở Hung Vuong — best phở in Melbourne by far(or should I say, by furrr)! Tasty broth(although I weirded mine out with fish sauce by accident) and perfectly cooked beef and noodles. I would say that it was a very balanced phở, but then again I was the caucasian-est person in the joint so who am I to judge! The atmosphere is pretty standard as far as phở places go, but the service is also very friendly in addition to lightning fast. The prices are also very reasonable.

Theeeeee best phooooo in Melb, possibly east coast! Me and my family have been going here for over 10years. We have many family who have moved interstate to QLD/NSW and we always joke about VIC having the best phở. Each time we visit we still come back here because its honestly the best! Broth is to dye for! And the portions are generous!

Yep. Still coming back here. it’s really hard not too, when you want some quick soul food. This place is, what you see is what you get, I know they won’t be winning any interior decoration awards any time soon, but there Phhuurrrrr(PHO) is still the best in Springvale. pretty close to the best I’ve tasted anywhere around the world. I still love the one with the lot, but I always get a small bowl of beef fatty flank on the side… Love this stuff. Definitely check it out when ever you’re in town. You’ll walk out with a smile on your face

Really good phở, comparable to some of the best elsewhere in Melbourne. I ordered a large sliced beef(big serving) and the quality was really good(not chewy at all). Also very clean in general. At lunchtime this place was packed with Vietnamese patrons, yet despite this we were served very quickly — nothing too friendly though, just enough to take your order, bring your food out and take the bill, but that’s typical of an Asian eatery like this.
