What can I say. Its a post office. But they are pretty friendly behind the counter and a parcel hub in my area so they hand over plenty of goodies that I have been waiting for from online impulsive purchases in the past.
They are pretty helpful here too when you need to send something off also.

I’ll admit I don’t get the best service at this Australia Post, but it’s not terrible either, and I’m not expecting massive efforts to made when I’m just buying a stamped envelope. It’s in a heritage building which is kind of cool, and it has all the standard Post Office facilities you need. I feel like ‘whatevs’ is an appropriate way to finish this.
