Chef and owner Spanish born David Gomez Fernandez and his wife Italian born Amanda Lo Cascio, have created a menu and wine list that is inspired by Australia’s ethnically diverse and innovative restaurant scene. With decades of experience they wanted to create a special place for locals to go, that was focused on providing skilfully prepared seasonal products, matched with carefully selected wines, to enhance the overall experience. At Moda you certainly get what you pay for. Vibrant and dynamic, David’s menu is unencumbered with dishes that respect their cultural lineage and play with the palate in a fusion of flavours. Cosy and inviting, the restaurant would either tempt for dinner or just a relaxing lunch, with a quick bite from the lunch menu or a couple of tapas and a glass of wine.
