What a lovely little bakery! Recently renovated, we have been coming here for a few years now (we used to live nearby). Staff are always very friendly, coffee is surprisingly good, and the pies & pasties are delicious!
My favourite (unhealthy) option is the ham and cheese pasty — nice and salty (some may not like this, but I love my salt!), it is absolutely decadent! Actually, everything I have tried from here has been high quality, fresh and tasty.
It would get 5 stars if it had some gourmet options (and I would have given it 4 ½ if I could!) … but then again, it’s doing very well as a basic high quality little bakery, so who am I to quibble with that?
