Good news! The Assistant District Manager replied last Monday 22nd July 2013 and apologized by email. I send a complaint email through their website last Wed. 17th July 2013. I am so glad and relieved that someone was looking at complaints through their site. She was very good and apologized that this is not the normal attitude and service in their Company. I was reassured that this won’t happen again. Well done to the Assistant District Manager of H & R Block Limited. This is what I meant of looking after clients, going out of your way to talked and sort out issues. Well done again!!!
