Today (9÷5÷2014) I received a letter from this strata manager dated 2÷10÷2012, telling me that it had been noted I «continue to park a car on the visitor parking spaces without consent». This was the first time I had ever parked there, and I was a legitimate visitor to the premises and had the consent of the resident I was visiting.
This manager is clearly lazy and uninformed, and pays absolutely no attention to detail. I understand that I’m not the intended customer for a strata manager, but I would never engage a strata manager who operates in this way.

This strata manager has been around for a long time but maybe it’s time for him to move on. His office operations are antequited and he really doesn’t have a grasp of modern communications techniques. He takes a long time to return phone calls and action building problems. I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking a strata manager for any building that needs anything other than the books and records kept up to date.
