Port Dock Brewery Hotel

Lovely place to enjoy a quality pub meal at a great price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service was always with a smile.

This could possibly be one of my worst dining experiences in Adelaide. It was 12.30 on a Sunday afternoon, and they had ‘run out’ of schnitzels … There would’ve been maybe 10 patrons in there if you were lucky. I went with my friend and a child so we placed 2 orders, my friend placing first and telling them that there was another order from our table. Her order came out as I was walking back to the table (least they were efficient, right)? But the poor 5 year old had to wait an extra 15 mins for her food to be brought out… And it was burnt.
Children’s meals are meant to come with a sundae. We asked 3 times if we could have the sundae brought out to us before it was actually delivered.
Horrible, in attentive service. I won’t be returning.
Also, no beer was available on the day, it didn’t bother us as we weren’t drinking but other patrons weren’t too impressed

The drinks were forgotten, the fish was inedible, (that’s INEDIBLE, not incredible for the speed readers out there), the schnitzel unrecognisable, and the accompanying chips and salad a train wreck on the plate.
I’d rate it ½ a star for the tub chairs. They didn’t let us down.
