Description

Specialties

Print Hall, Perth’s first multi level dining and bar precinct, opened in the Spring of 2012. The venue pays homage to its heritasge-listed history, the old Newspaper House on St Georges Terrace. The venue boasts four levels of culinary and refined drinking options for every moment spearheaded by Executive Chef, Shane Watson along with Head Sommelier, Daniel Wegener.

You can choose to have a drink at the main Print Hall Bar, an opulent degustation menu from the Print Hall Dining Room, try the flavours of South East Asia at our Apple Daily Bar & Eating House or sit back and enoy a drink on our roof top terrace bar, Bob’s Bar.

History

Established in 2012.

The Print Hall building was built in 1932 and for the next 60 years it played an intergral part in the development of the fabric of WA life as its printing presses rolled off the state’s daily newspaper, The West Australian. In the early 1990’s, The West Autralian Offices were relocated and the doors to the building were closed for the next 20-odd years.

In 2010 work started on transforming this Heritage listed site into a food and drink haven right in the heart of the Perth City. Now, this unique venue with its old charm and modern finishes, offers one the best facilites in Perth to dine or just to have a drink, soak up the history and wonder if the walls could talk. imagine the stories they would tell.
