I used to like Nespresso but then I found out that Nestlé(the owners) are one of the most unethical companies in the world so I’ve boycotted them until they improve their act. I encourage others to do the same otherwise they won’t change

Best customer service in Perth! I don’t know what they are doing but I love it and not questioning it. It’s so refreshing to walk into a business in Perth and have all the staff there show you fantastic service. They all know their product, they all know how to smile and engage. When I’m ready to open up my business this is where I will try to poach staff from.

Nespresso is a guilt free treat, I won’t waste coffee if I skip home brewing for a couple of weeks, when I do make it at home I save some money(come on Perth why do we still pay at least a $ 1 more than Melbourne and Sydney) and it is easy for me to get an enjoyable short black or flat white all thanks to my wonderful machine :) Plus they let you try all the new flavours before you buy them, I know it is a sales tactic, but it is a nice subtle one.

COFFEECOFFEEECOFFEE and more COFFEE! Who knew coffee could look so attractive haha, other then that there is not much to say about this shop. Just try every blend once, before you decide which coffee suits you. It’s basically a coffee machine for dumies, simple and fast. Get onto it!

This place just looks cool. It hold swirly cool designs on the wall made from the Nespresso pods. And shelves and shelves of the things. The staff are extremely well presented in their smart shirts and neatly pressed pants. The treat you as if you a VIP it is really nice place to be, and I must admit I usually try and get a free sample. Not only is the shop cool but the coffees are out of this world.

I am so glad this place doesn’t have a wall plastered with a mural of George bloody Clooney. Couldn’t Nespresso have gotten a cooler, fresher-face icon as ambassador? Anyway, the new boutique coffee store in Perth CBD is spectacularly fitted out. You want to come here just to enjoy the pared-back fittings and to study the columns and columns of different types of coffees(I counted no less than 12 different coloured pods but then that might have been a trick of the light). This place will do very well in Perth. It has a ‘Discovery Wall’ that showcases every new Nespresso coffee machine available, and there’s even a recyling station where consumers can bring in used capsules which are then melted down and reused to make other products. Oh, and used coffee grounds are also recycled as fertiliser. Very eco-friendly, folks! At the back of the boutique is something called The Club Room, which is where deals are done on coffee machines purchased, and customers get to feel special by signing on as members of the ‘Nespresso Club’. Not sure how exciting the regular newsletter would be. Even the most ardent coffee lover might find read about brown beans a bit boring. That said, it is a decent brew.

Walking into the Nespresso store, was like walking into the first class lounge at the airport or into some secret club, it was quite exciting. Its store matches its sleek, minimal design, There is a member of staff waiting to greet you at the door and unlike a grumpy bag checker at some chain store, it was an elegant offer of assistance. The front of the store offers Nespresso demonstrations and tasters. Towards the back are all of their Nespresso machines and blends on offer. And at the back there really is a Nespresso Club, where you can go for any assistance in regards to your machine. Another amazing feature of Nespresso is they offer recycling the capsules that you use to make your coffee, since they make them out of aluminum for this reason. They have a recycle station that you can bring your capsules back to before buying your replacements. They even sell capsule containers, which can store up to a hundred to bring them in with. Nespresso really does allow you to create great tasting coffee in your home and in fact as I’m sipping my instant coffee it is starting to taste worse just at the thought of Nespresso coffee, don’t believe me? Go check out the store, you will be convinced!
