Been wanting to try out f45 for a while now and am glad I have. Expect a short intense workout done in 45 minutes. The trainers (Dan etc) run through the exercises to be done and show you the correct form. It then goes through a cycle of 9 exercises done a total of four times each. Workout proper is done in about 30 minutes and you will be dripping in sweat. The place is well ventilated, the equipment is new given it just opened Mid October this year. The trainers come around and encourage you and the music is pumping.
