This is my second time in Applecross store. I was there on 19⁄2 around 11.30 Although the lunch crowd was starting to arrive staff there were very efficient. What a joy to see staff members being fast, efficient and take pride in customer service. I would like to especially mention the great customer service provided by the young gentleman who was the cook.(he was the one with the head band to keep hair in place) Sorry I didn’t get his name. Keep up the good work guys.

If it weren’t for the fast food, you might honestly think you were in a decent restaurant. Unlike other Nandos stores, this place is beautifully decked out with loads of comfortable seating(indoor and outdoor) and is also licensed to serve booze. I can imagine this is the perfect spot to nurse a hangover, with very chilled beats and atmosphere, while the chicken and chips provides just enough grease to satisfy. As a non-drinker, it’s just a more comfortable place to hang. The view out the window isn’t particularly good — just the monotony of traffic on Canning Highway. Plenty of parking around the back, and the food is exactly the same as every other Nando’s.

I verged between 2 and 3 stars with this review. We swung in late last after an appointment at the accountants across the road, looking for a quick and easy dinner. The fit out of this Nandos is off the chain! It’s a lot nicer than some swanky restaurants around these parts — beautiful art hung from the walls, good looking furniture, beautiful light fittings and woven sculpture on the ceiling. Very nice indeed. Service was friendly. The food is what it is, fast-food. However, I was pretty miffed when I ordered the ‘paella’ and received a bowl of rice with chopped chicken and tomato placed on top. My partner was pretty happy with his Supreme chicken burger and chips.
