What a gorgeous little shop and print workshop.
Walking into Beau est Mien is like walking into a real life Etsy store! Everything is handmade, and mostly by locals. Beautiful pastel jewellery hangs from wooden boxes, and a rack of brightly patterned baby’s clothes right next to it. Lots of cute bits and pieces for you home too.
The back wall has lots of supplies for print making. A great place to grab a nice little greeting card and of course, there is a wall full of framed prints, most made by the owner.
They are always running workshops for kids through to adults, just ask them what’s coming up. The silk screening and etching workshops looked particularly cool.

This shop is so beautiful. They specialise in all things print and sell print supplies and art by a few different artists. They also sell the cutest gifts like hand painted ceramics, cards, flower bouquet and awesome moss ball hanging plants. They also offer courses in print making, go take a look the staff are so helpful and lovely too.

What a nice little addition to the north (and often neglected) end of William street!
This is a beautiful little print store & studio. Out front they sell limited edition works from local & international artists and the back studio space is utilized by any of the artists in residence & they conduct creative workshops for all ages. You can also apply to use their studio space twice a month for your own work.
The staff are very welcoming, friendly and willing to explain the concept of the store to you.
There are some beautiful prints on sale along with stationary & some lovely hanging plants (which i just had to take home with me!)
Would definitely recommend this shop to buy a gift for that arty friend, to check out some of the upcoming workshops they have planned or to just use their lovely studio space to create your own work.
