By far the best vegan restaurant i have been to. Usually vegan restaurant tend to be bland for my palete. But Suzy spoons review from other people didn’t disappoint me. Amazing food though a bit small to sit and eat. Its great for a quick healthy bite on the go. They make their own vegan cheese which mind you is really tasty! I am definitely coming back to have lasagna!

Everything was great, finally a unique vegan menu when it comes to the flavor profiles. Service was quick and friendly! We tried almost everything and our 5 kids(vegetarians) also enjoyed it as much!

Suzy Spoons is an absolute Mecca, a gem, a treasure! They have delicious food, delicious treats, filling breakfasts, awesome burgers, light lunches, great dinners. What more could you ask for? They make their own vegetarian(vegan) sausages that are so delicious, you forget that the lifestyle is apparently supposed to limit your access to these things. Each item of the menu is perfect, and I am yet to bring a friend(meet eater or not) who has left less than satisfied and delighted with any choice they’ve made from the menu. Would recommend. Over and over again.

Had a wonderful meal here. I ordered the schnitzel burger, and it blew me away. I’m a huge fan of seitan, which is what the schnitzel burger is made of, and they definitely nailed it. Will be coming back again!

I only got a doughnut here so can’t comment on anything else. It was very cute, but a little bready/hard. Wouldn’t get any of their desserts again, but maybe I’d come back for a sandwich or something. It’s in a cute area that’s very vegan friendly.

An excellent find just northwest of Sydney, all things vegetarian and vegan, quaint dinning area. Our group of twelve was adequately catered for in a timely fashion. The web site is fantastic and you can order online for home delivery. Bus ride drops you right at the door. Check out«Suzy spoons vegetarian butcher«wen site and shop TODAY

If you’re vegan or vegetarian, this place is the bomb. Huge fan of the Chilli Dog and can attest to the excellent schnitzel

This vegetarian butcher offers an excellent range of dishes that are top quality. You can ether eat in at the café or buy meals to cook at home. I love love love the vegetarian pies with the crispy flaky pastry, but the schnitzels and sausages are also excellent. Finally some sausages that don’t crumble apart or get stuck to the BBQ! If you’re vegetarian or vegan make sure you give it a go!

A vegetarian butcher? Yes. Oh, yes. Spied this amazingly-named place whilst driving through Newtown and directed BF to pull over! Place is a «butchery» offering vegan cheeses and meats such as bacon, sausages, burgers and mince. It also functions as a deli serving its own«butchered» burgers, lasagne, salads, etc. This affords them an automatic two stars, for bad-ass-ness. Eagerly asked for recommendations from the friendly and enthusiastic staff. Unfortunately they were out of vegan lasagne, so BF opted for the Spoon Burger with the«works» — cheese, bacon and pineapple($ 15). I happily chose the three-day-braised seitan sandwich with red wine sauce($ 12). First time I have seen seitan in Sydney that’s not in an Asian shop! Actual food itself: AMAZING. The burger was absolutely delicious and HUGE! The burger bun was a massive brioche-type sprinkled with a smattering of poppy and sesame seeds, fresh, crispy-brown outside and all fluffy white-flour inside. Great burger-to-topping-to-bread ratio. Seitan sandwich? Delish, although the actual highlight of the sandwich was the red wine sauce. I actually preferred the burger meat to the seitan, but that’s just a taste preference. It was still awesome. The downside: we ended up having to take our lovely meals to go, since we had somewhere to be and we waited a good 40 minutes for our food to come out. The staff apologetically explained they had a bit of a rush before us, which seemed to be the other 4 people in the place patiently waiting along with us. Meanwhile, I watched the lady working the burger counter(whom I assume is Suzy) chatting to some friends for a good 20 minutes before firing up our order. I thought we would at least been offered a sweet as an apology, but it was nice of the staff to acknowledge it. Since they’ve only just opened I’m sure they will work the service kinks out. Next time, we would def try the lasagne and take home some«meat», but beware– the«bacon» has preservative in it, which is a bit of a letdown. And prices are what you’d expect– on the pricy side, especially the bread. Seriously, $ 9 for a loaf, not even baked on site? All in all, though, a welcome new Sydney standout. Rock on Suzy Spoons!

A great little place. Friendly staff and great products. Lots of wonderful vegan products. I only wish I had the time to try them all.
