I’m ashamed to admit that I’m an Australian woman with a poor to very poor knowledge about beer. I know! I don’t know how it happened either.
Which is why I was especially grateful to the lovely people at this 1st Choice superstore — a staff member saw me looking more than a little lost standing in front of the beer fridge. My brother had requested I pick up a six pack on my way over and rang off before I had the chance to ask what kind. Decisions decisions!
The range is so vast at the store that I felt even more overwhelmed. Fortunately I was able to chat though the decision — a hot weekend bbq lunch. Apparently that sounds like Corona.
On my way out clutching my ice cold six pack of Corona, I was able to spy the great range of wines they have to offer. Now, wine I know about! But I’m always happy to learn more — so now I know where to head if I have another event to procure for.
