to produce our world-class table, sparking and fortified wines.
Visit Sirromet’s spectacular hilltop winery and relax with a glass of wine and a cheese or antipasto platter

In addition to the fully operating vineyard, winery and cellar door, Sirromet has become known for the multi

the menu offers modern, gourmet cuisine with an emphasis on the highest quality local and fresh seasonal
produce.
Your visit to Sirromet is an ultimate wine and food experience you’ll remember long after the last glass.
History
Established in 2000.
Sirromet has again been recognised as a 5-star winery by James Halliday, Australia’s pre-eminent wine critic and proud to have collected over 790 prestigious national and international wine awards since opening in 2000.
For most of us, letting a wine ‘Open Up’ means allowing it to breathe and release its often complex flavours and aroma. Since quality wines begin on the vine, Sirromet attributes the flavour and quality of our wines to the exceptional fruit grown in our Granite Belt vineyards. With 100 hectares under vine, Sirrromet’s vineyards are located in the high altitude of Queensland’s renown Granite Belt region.
Situated at picturesque Mount Cotton, just a short drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Sirromet’s state of the art facilities offer food and wine lovers the ultimate winery experience — combining production, cellar door and 5 star restaurant, alive with unique architecture and breathtaking scenery.
