If someone is going to stick a massive needle in my arm, I need someone who is friendly and happy to ease my anxiety. Luckily, the ladies here are super friendly and able to get the job done quickly without any bruising.
As I am a known fainter when it comes to needles and blood and require a bit of extra attention, the staff offered me a little muesli bar afterwards to increase my sugar levels, a glass of coke to sip and told me I could stay until I was ready to get up. How’s that for customer service!
