Officially launched! Free wifi! Heaps of natural light, bright pops of colour, bunting, couches, and the coolest hanging lights make this space a real inspiration to tuck in and get some work done. Different types of working spaces for those who want to work alone, in open spaces, in groups, as well as board/meeting rooms! There’s a kitchenette if you want to bring your lunch in. But if not, there’s a small café downstairs! The space isn’t free but there’s all sorts of flexible fees from daily to weekly to monthly usage. And it varies if you’re a QUT student/alumni. Wonderful if you live on this side of town!

Work from homers I ask for your attention! There’s a new kind of co-working space available for us to break the monotony of our own humble four walls. It’s centrally located, although best accessed by public transport — parking is a game of Tetris you could so easily avoid. It’s fresh. I mean so freshly painted you can probably still smell it on the walls. It’s designed. I don’t mean just some slap-dash job. I mean it’s designed. There’s a definite Danish Retro vibe and it makes working feel like you’re maybe in someone’s lounge room, but maybe not. It’s flexible. There’s permanent office spaces and there’s hot desks for those of us that just want to pop in for the day($ 35). There’s a kitchen with a coffee filter machine so you feel like you’re really at the office. There’s boardrooms for important«Business Meetings» and there’s solid WiFi. To tell you there’s also a 180 view over the Brisbane CBD, well, I might be wasting my breath because hopefully you’ve already jumped on the bus to set yourself up for a day at The Coterie.
