Established in 2015.

Darling & Co makes a promise to our community, both local and beyond, to always be true to what we hold dear… exceptional cooking and drink mixing, attentive service, and a warm and light environment that inspires you to return regularly. We seek to establish ourselves as the neighbourhood mid-​week locale ‘just because’, as well as the first place you consider when planning your special thing. We know we can’t deliver this in isolation, and why would we want to? As our ‘& Co’ suggests, we choose to work in partnership with our local suppliers, bespoke producers and loyal team — sought out and selected because of a shared passion for quality, simplicity and customer experience.
