Pinnaroo Point

I’ve just started revisiting this beach after many years, having spent many a weekend here with friends as a teenager. Not much has changed but I still love it! Such an amazing, clean and lovely spot to swim, sun bake and ride a jetski. On a hot day you need to get in early to get a parking spot but when you do, you won’t regret it!

Pinnaroo Point is located just north of Hillarys — and if you are keen, you can walk from Pinnaroo Point to the Hillarys marina.
The point is very popular with kitesurfers, due to the strong winds and conditions that seems to kitesurfing fun, but not so challenging that it would be dangerous. It is common to see at least a half-​dozen kitesurfers at the point at any one time, and it can be exhilarating to watch kite surfers launch themselves into the air.
Aside from being a popular kitesurfing point, there is also a sheltered table just across the carpark for picnics.
Pinnaroo Point is a nice place if you are looking for somewhere not as populated as beaches like Mullaloo.
