Had the chilli Burger very nice. Good service food came out hot all four meals where excellent. I just felt that $ 102 for burger meals and chips was a little over top Oh yes also they are licenced so had a glass of wine and a beer. Other than the price I would recommend — a good feed

I came here with my H2B for a nice lunch after some shopping in Lakeside. Being out in the piazza area was nice and was great to breathe in the fresh air instead of being in the shopping centre. It was a little busy but nothing is better than seeing a place full of patrons, it means they are doing something right. It’s nice that they are licensed but being lunch we decided on a couple burgers and back into the shopping. Food is delicious, affordable and did I mention delicious? I had sweet potato chips which is not too common yet bit when people catch on how tasty they are they will be the new beer battered chips. A great bite to eat if you love a burger. A great little thing about this burger chain is that they donate to local business :)

Best burger chain to start up in a long time. You get great burgers. Even a kiddies burger fills me up. And the fries omg. Amazing! ! So glad my best mate showed me this place.

I love chicken and these guys do a cracking job of chicken burgers. My favorites would be the grilld bird and Brie and the Tuscan delight. Both delish! They have a new range of sliders which will be my next order! I like the funky names. These chain restaurants have a really chilled back vibe and a great place for adult burgers where Joondalup has a license and sells beer, wine and cider. Here they also have a movie deal: $ 26 buys you one of their amazing burgers and a movie ticket, although it works out to be a few bucks cheaper buying them separately if you have a grand card. The thing that stands out about this place, which I love, is how they give back to the community and charity organizations. When you buy a meal you get a token which you put into 1 of 3 jars of which you would like to support. Ie a local sports club, a school trip or an animal charity. It’s the place I know that does this and I think is a great idea. Good job guys.

Had a rather unfortunate experience with Grill’d Joondalup. Sunday at 3:30pm, I ate there with my best friend and my dad. The place was practically empty. The staff(3 of them behind the counter) kept us waiting for 6 minutes to order without explanation, then the member who served us was unpleasant. The burgers took well over 15 minutes to make, and the beef was bland. I have tasted quality beef from all over WA, but this was not it. I complained to the feedback email on the website, but the response from the store manager, while prompt, was PR-laden and completely omitted to answer the section re the food. It would appear they don’t care :/I think I’ll stick to Jus.

It’s ok and the prices are reasonable too. Limited menu, but overall not a bad establishment.

We eat at Grill’d Joondalup quite a lot and have never had a problem with the place, the food is served pretty quickly and with no issues. Prices aren’t the cheapest but no where is cheap now-a-days. Generally no issues at this place at all but there is nothing in my mind that makes Grill’d stand out.

Love Grill’d burgers! I much prefer them over Flipside or Jus. The burgers are always consistently good and the Joondalup store is no exception. The first time we went to the Joondalup store it too a little while for the burgers to be made, but to make up for it the girl at the counter gave us about 10 ‘buy one get one free’ cards which we used very quickly!

It is safe to say I don’t like grill’d I tried it before and nope didn’t like it, and I tried a few different types of burgers and still nope. What I like about the Joondalup store is the staff and its new so looks clean and stylish. I love the whole theme of the place, I know they are all done the same but it looks really quirky.

The burgers are better at Grill’d! This is no deep fried takeway place. Real flavours that you can taste, not fat. There is a great range of burgers to choose from including beef, chicken, lamb and vegetarian. The morrocan lamb is a stand out for those that like something different. The chips are homestyle chunky and cooked to perfection. They also have a great herbed mayo and sweet chilli mayo sauce to dip them in. The staff at Joondalup are great. It has never taken more than 10 minutes from ordering to eating. There is always great music playing. Be warned, this is not the place to take a date. The burgers are huge, there is no way you can fit them in your mouth. There is no elegant way to eat one of these burgers.

I really hate to do this but I had a terrible experience with Grill’d Joondalup today. Don’t get me wrong, I love the franchise. Subi, Claremont and Mt Lawley have all got me excited. So excited that when we got one right outside my work I got so excited. BURGERSONMYLUNCHBREAK! Chyea. However, today when I went to get a burger, it took them way too long to even serve me in the first place considering how many people were standing around. Then, they stood around talking while my burger was NOT being made. The girl told me under ten minutes. Under ten minutes, I think not. Not make matters irreconcilable, when I went back to work to eat the burger, I found the inside of my chicken was pink and there was gross bloody bits inside. I wanted to throw up. Then when I called up to say so I was met with, «Um, ok. Sorry.» Urrr, news flash. I work in hospitality. When someone calls up and tells you their chicken was raw you apologise until your ears bleed and offer them a free(insert food item here). Really won’t be rushing back there.
