The Ivanhoe hotel has a popular bistro for families, couples and groups of friends The split level dining area is quite spacious and includes booth seating.
From Monday to Thursday there are different specials available, for example international burgers on Monday with 6 burger varieties.
The service is friendly and we enjoyed our meals.

The Ivanhoe Hotel complex has everything going for it, huge light filled bistro serving huge meals. Sports bar (Rue Bar), function area, gaming area, bars a plenty. Whether its a work Christmas dinner, 21st, night out with the girls Ivanhoe Hotel can handle it.
The bistro menu is varied and filled with pub favourites. As always I had the chicken parma! It was the biggest parma I have ever seen. It was delicious and so filling and came with its friends chips and salad. Each of our large group enjoyed their meals and service was fast and efficient. The bistro was standing room only and loud but everything ran smoothly.
The cocktail list is limited and the drinks tacky looking. Stick to beer, wine and spirits here. A great place for a casual meal or drink.
