Coffee was bad quality and didn’t taste nice. Does not offer lactose free/​soy milk, only full cream milk. The best cafes cater for everyone’s needs. Customer service wasn’t great and the range of food not great.

Easy 4 stars for this café.
This was the perfect start to my Saturday morning in Ingle Farm Shopping Centre; sipping on a warm Hot chocolate, and enjoying the two free marshmallows that came with it.
It had all of the essentials:
–food court half-​packed full of customers (probably the highest number of people I’ve seen in front of one coffee shop) helped bring out a community feel,
–friendly waitresses,
–an appropriate selection of cakes and other sweet additions to your coffee
–very clean tables and chairs in the Ingle Farm food court.
–I intentionally sat at the back corner table to see if the waitress would bring out the coffee to my table without me asking, and she did! I like the service.
My half an hour hour here flew by — the hot chocolate was not too hot. This place is definitely deserving of my thumbs up!
