Lj Sushi bar is an independently owned Japanese takeaway stall situated on the bottom level of the Indooroopilly shopping centre. Although I do not find that they serve the best sushi in the shopping centre, their food selection make this place a descent option when after a quick meal or snack. I do not often get sushi from here as I find them to be a tad dry but the dish they do make well is the rice-paper rolls. In my opinion, they are the best ones you can get in the shopping centre as they are filled with meat and vegetables and not overloaded with vermicelli noodles like some other places make them. Another good thing about LJ Sushi bar is that they sell Japanese sweets such as ‘Hello Panda’ and ‘Pocky’. I also find the staff to be very attentive, they will always serve you immediately, so much better than those sushi bars that take a good 30 seconds before noticing you.
