This place is awesome. I am a massive fan of tea so to me this is heaven.
I did, though, have an experience where I saw an 11 – 12 year old in the shop on her own browsing. She was just reaching to take a tea to the counter when a staff member plonked a ladder right in front of her to get another customers tea. When she got to the counter with her tea the staff completely ignored her until she had to point herself out.
I do, however, love their Hobart Breakfast and all their teas are wonderful.

Time to update my review, because I’m now comfortably a fan of T2’s Hobart store. They’ve started running tea society group tea sessions, and last Friday was a brilliant in-​store breakfast for the launch of their new Hobart Breakfast tea. Everyone was very excited about tea.
Today when I went in, their ambassador came over to help me out with a couple of questions and then noted that she’d missed me at their first tea society session. It was creepy (as we’ve not really been properly introduced) but also flattering (because I love feeling like a regular). I can’t wait to get along to their next tea society session, and I’ll be sure not to miss it next time!
Current favourite teas (including but not limited to): Hobart Breakfast, White White Cocoa, Southern Sunrise, Red Choc Mint, Monk Pear and Gone Surfing. Oh yeah.
