Easily missed on a journey down Collins St. Dumpling Express rates highly amongst other Chinese restaurants in Hobart. Given the low prices and excellent quality this is as good as it gets for a cheap and cheerful Chinese cuisine.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, though they can get a little busy during the lunch rush. The shao mai are a must have. I suggest bringing friends and ordering a variety small serves for a more adventurous meal.
