My review for this restaurant is now tarnished by the payment process.
Payment via EFT should be fairly straight forward you agree the bill and then off you go. WRONG, you agree the bill and the machine clicks AUTOMATIC tip… Not only did the lady not mention this, upon my request for my EFT receipt to check I had correctly push reject I was told «I don’t know how to do that». A second person comes and still no receipt just the till one, which at this point is only telling me what I know I should be paying.
Not impressed with this sneaky tip collection method, which is a shame as the meal and service until this point was rather lovely.
