This nail salon is pretty much like every other nail salon in the area. They have massage chairs, they do fancy-​pants nail work, a huge stack of magazines is there for your awkward wet-​nail polish reading pleasure and the prices are on par with other spots nearby.
What really sets them apart is the friendly service from the young couple who seem to be in charge of this place. A recent broken nail ‘crisis’ saw me swing past to see if they could fix it. Two minutes later I was back outside and on with my day — my wallet no heavier as they just pulled off a super quick file and glue without charging me.

Everybody is obsessed with shellac nails, and while I don’t really get my nails done — I do know that it is supposed to be expensive.
So there I was when I was walking along Glenferrie Road when I spotted this place. I had a look at their little brochure and discovered that they offer a full set of CND shellac for $ 35, and have manicures for $ 18.
I didn’t think that the place I was going to get waxing done was expensive until I saw Premier. They offer a full leg for only $ 35 and eyebrow/​eyelash tinting at $ 15. Bargain.
It looks like it can get fairly busy here so either pick a weekday and a middle of the day time, or rely on luck. Premier is open until 8pm on Thursday and Friday so it would be perfect for after work, or before you head out. They also offer gift vouchers.
