Established in 2006.

Timeless & Ageless was established in Templestowe in 2006 and relocated to Balwyn in 2009.

Shantelle Q.

Business Owner

Shantelle has over 16 years’ experience in the skin care and Beauty Industry and decided to do more specialised treatments after working for the CACI Clinic in the late 90’s.

CACI was one of the original clinics who concentrated on results orientated treatments such as their renowned CACI non-​surgical facelift (microcurrent).

Shantelle obtained her certification in Dermal Therapies in 2005. This certification qualifies Shantelle to work at a more scientific level, enabling her to get better results for her clientele.

Having a passion for the industry, her vision is to offer a sanctuary where clients can come and be offered highly personalised services, whilst receiving professional recommendations on the latest skincare modalities available, to address their skincare and aging concerns
