The food here is excellent. Although this place is a Hong Kong café, they also serve meals dedicated for people of all cultures who enjoy their native tastes. Moreover, they also keep children in mind and have food intended for children; who have different tastes from adults, as well as people of all ages. Their meals range from soft and light ones intended for breakfast or a light snack, to vegan and grilled ones to satisfy hunger. The price is average and the service is hospitable. The employees not only know Chinese; including Mandarin and Cantonese, but can also understand and speak standard English perfectly. Along with their delicious food, this café also features a variety of drinks that are unique but to die for, and they suit well with any food. However, all meals come only in one size, which can be detrimental at times, as different people have different sized appetites, and being unable to finish their food may result in people wasting and maybe feeling guilty about it. Other than that, this café has close to zero flaws. Overall, I suggest trying Café Soho as your next restaurant destination, as it serves exquisite meals and introduces people to the food culture in a Hong Kong café.

The big test came today when I took my very fussy vegetarian mum and my Asian food connoisseur friend for lunch today and both were very happy. My mum had the veggies with vermicelli noodles, my friend had tofu and mushrooms and my daughter had crocodile in xo sauce. I had shredded duck noodle soup which tasted good but needed a little colour to make it more visually appealing. Atmosphere was warm and close to authentic HK eatery and packed by 1.00pm. I’ll be back.

Came here on a sunday night when every restaurant in Glen was full, after dining here i can see why this place was the only restaurant on the street which is empty. I ordered a pork bean curd with rice, I can see stains all around my plate. Not a surprise seeing that they don’t even bother cleaning their floor, left over droppings of food can be seen under our table. .The food was medicore, worse hong kong food that i have ever tasted in melbourne thus far.(Nothing against hong kong food, in fact i am a big fan of one of the hk establishments in Clayton, which i will not name to avoid doubts over the authenticity of this comment). While dining, another rude hong kong waiter came to our table, reached out his bloody hand for one of the menus on our table to hand it to another table without even saying«excuse me «or «sorry» or «sorry i am an imbecile». Aside from that this restaurant is «fine».Now i miss the desert place that used to be here before these imbeciles took over.
