Noble House Design

Normally I get really excited walking in to furniture and home wares stores, but Noble House was a little different on my recent visit.
Upon walking in I noticed that the store is MUCH bigger than what it looks like from the outside. There were a few people working in the store who saw me come in, but I wasn’t acknowledged, they simply resumed their yelling match across the showroom floor about how to dispose of a broken mirror. Um, OK. All charm lost! The stock in store is beautiful but really overpriced and a little bit pretentious. There’s nothing particularly note worthy about it. I get the feeling that people with a lot of money but no taste would purchase their home décor from places like Noble House.
Overall I wasn’t very impressed with the demeanor of the staff or what was available to purchase at Noble House. Usually I linger and take my time in those sorts of place, but one lap of the showroom was enough for me to decide that I’m not a fan. Shame really, it would be a great piece of real estate for something innovative!
