Dr David Main has been practicing Cosmetic Medicine since 2004 and has worked closely with some of WA’s most respected dermatologists. He is well respected in the cosmetic industry for his abilities and integrity, and is one of Western Australia’s most experienced doctors in Fraxel and Erbium Laser treatments.

For all your cosmetic and annoying/​embarrassing skin condition treatments and remedies, you can head to Skin Resus. Staffed by a team of qualified practitioners (that’s a doctor and registered nurses, not a bunch of 18 year olds wielding laser machines with no clue) you will get quality advice and service from a broad range of treatments available.
I come here for the comfort of knowing I can fully trust the staff to do the right thing for what I want and to not suggest superfluous and expensive, painful treatments. The location, on the outside of the Floreat Forum, provides oodles of free parking and other shopping /​food options if you want to make a day of it. The salon/​clinic is very clean and serene.
I once asked one of the staff there (Trish) what they would do if someone came in asking for a cosmetic treatment they didn’t require (think: those over-​botoxed ninnies). Trish said, without pause, they discourage excess. Indeed, I have never seen an expressionless plastic fantastic walk in or out of there.
Consultation is free. So if you have been thinking about your sun damaged décolletage, your spider veins, rosacea condition or just wanted to consider your options for ‘freshening up’, feel free to book a visit.
I don’t work there. I don’t get a bonus or any reward for writing this. I just happen to visit once every 2 months for my little annoying issue. I look and feel better for it.
NB: I note this business has been given the category of «cosmetic surgeons», but this is not correct. It’s cosmetic treatments. Although there is some injecting, I do not believe surgery is performed there.
